Job Description - Electric Vehicle Area Sales Manager - TN,PY for Benling India Chennai

    To handle dealer network across multiple states to ensure proper sales, revenue & communication.
    Visit dealer places and arrange meetings to discuss about sales, growth, customer needs and customer pain points.
    Create Dealer Visit Reports (DVR), and pass feedback to company for continous improvements.
    Deliver sales pitches and presentations to potential dealers, highlighting the benefits of the company/products/features/growth to attract them to sign up for dealership.
    Communicate with customers to identify their problems and take them to company and convey for results.
    Motivate and guide sales teams of dealers to improve performance and achieve set goals.
    Monitor the activities of dealers/their staff to assess performance and productivity.
    Assign and designate sales quotas to dealers according to individual potential.
    Take Orders from dealers and pass them on to company and make sure the order is executed on a timely manner.
    Assist dealers in their needs from company (Missing Items, Inventory Damage, Warranty etc..)
    Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
    Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
    Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
    Compile, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
    Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to dealers.
    Prepare and present to management periodic sales forecast.
    Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
    Contact customers via emails and phone calls to gain insights directly from market.

Job Specifications:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business -related discipline such as commerce, economics, or marketing.
    Experience: About 5 years of experience in the field of sales.
    Organizational Skills: able to coordinate and manage the sales operations of a company to maximize profit.
    Communication Skills: Well versed in communicating with clients to offer them products/services and convince purchase
    Teamwork Skills: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.

MUST HAVE
This job requires extensive talkig with dealers and is heavily call based.

1. Ability to communicate clearly and frequently with dealers
2. Must have prior sales experience
3. Must be able to speak in Hindi/English with company.
4. Willing to travel extensively

NICE TO HAVE
1. Fluent Hindi
2. Prior EV/Two -Wheeler Sales Experience
