We are looking for an experienced Electrical Control Panel & Controller Design Engineer to join our growing technical team in Jaipur.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities-
• Design and develop electrical control panels for Air washers, Exhaust Fans, Industrial Air coolers, AHUs and other HVAC Systems.
• Prepare wiring diagrams & GA drawings
• Assemble and test electric controllers.
• Select appropriate electrical components (contactors, relays, MCBs, VFDs, sensors, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, safety norms, and internal quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during panel assembly, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and service teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain documentation for design revisions, testing reports, and quality checks.
• Support field teams during installation and commissioning when required.
• Work on continuous improvement of panel design
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of control panel design, wiring, and electrical circuits.Hands‑on experience in assembling and testing electrical controllers.Understanding of HVAC electrical systems, motors, VFDs, sensors is preferred.Knowledge of PLC basics, control logic, and panel troubleshooting.
Education Requirements
• Diploma (Electrical Engineering) or
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in electrical control panel design, assembly, or controller manufacturing.
