Job Responsibilities: 

• Leading the BIM Modeler to develop the Electrical / ELV services design. 
• Manage all engineering calculations for building projects. 
• Design drawings QC checking knowledge required. 
• Undertake and deliver high quality detailed engineering design for electrical building services and power distribution systems, including calculations, analysis, schematics, drawings, diagrams, models, specifications, and other documents required 
• Review technical submittals / shop drawings 
• Understand the project requirements of project scope and deliverables to be produced. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet prescribed project deadlines as assigned. 
• Ensure that all electrical engineering projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. 
• Interacting with other disciplines involved in the project and developing the design drawings and documents. 
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and construction issues promptly. 
• All electrical materials selection to be coordinated with estimation team and USA team. 
• Coordinate with other trade teams for design issues. 

Position Requirement: 

• BIM Modelling knowledge is required. 
• Strong technical knowledge of NEC/Building Code/UPC codes in all building systems. 
• USA project or other country project in current/previous organizations would be an asset.

Software Knowledge: 

• AutoCAD 
• Revit MEP 
• Dialux 
• Bluebeam
