  • Contribute to the design of low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems, including switchgear and substation components.
  • Prepare electrical construction documents such as single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel layouts, and equipment schedules.
  • Support the design of lighting systems, grounding systems, and control panels for industrial and municipal facilities.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and process teams to ensure integrated and constructible electrical designs.
  • Assist in equipment selection and specification to meet project performance and reliability requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, address technical comments, and support quality assurance processes.

  • Stay informed on applicable electrical codes and standards relevant to treatment plant and industrial facility design.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in industrial, municipal, or process-driven facilities such as WTP/WWTP plants or pumping stations.
  • Experience designing power distribution systems, MCCs, VFDs, and backup power systems.
  • Familiarity with low, medium, and high-voltage systems, including switchgear and substations.
  • Experience preparing electrical construction documents (single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, equipment schedules).
  • Knowledge of lighting, grounding, and control panel design principles.
  • Arc flash study experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
  • Effective English communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
