We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on electrical project execution across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of electrical works on-site, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute electrical projects in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including LV, MV, and HV equipment, cabling, lighting, earthing, and control systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of electrical works.
• Prepare and review technical documents such as work schedules, progress reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Assist in planning, resource allocation, and procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
• Perform site inspections, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution and commissioning.
• Support quality assurance by conducting routine checks, tests, and audits to verify installation quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical execution with hands-on experience in project delivery.
• Familiarity with electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of industry standards such as IEC, IS codes, and electrical safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Good project coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Competence in using MS Office tools and project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to dynamic project conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical project execution.
• Prior exposure to industrial/commercial construction projects is an advantage.
