Job Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, offering top-notch service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with product setup, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and support
  
• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating as needed
  
• Stay current with company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information
  
• Use active listening to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements
  
• Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems
  
• Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately
  
• Keep customer records updated in the company database
  
• Follow up post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Generate reports on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  
• Train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures
  
• Participate in team meetings to support ongoing improvements
