Elite Banker-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Elite Banker to join our Branch Banking-Service team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with high-value clients.

As an Elite Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our inbound branch banking clients, offering personalized and tailored financial solutions. Your expertise and knowledge will be key in providing an exceptional banking experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

1. Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.


2. Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products.


3. Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.


4. Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts.


5. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.


6. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions.


7. Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth.


8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
