We are seeking an experienced ELV professional with 3+ years of project execution experience who can independently manage project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead end-to-end ELV project execution, from site survey and technical planning to installation, testing, commissioning, and final client handover.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage procurement planning, vendor selection, material approvals, and contract documentation for ELV systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor installation activities for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, BMS, and Structured Cabling systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Interface with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve technical issues, manage change requests, and ensure smooth project execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Track project KPIs, resource utilization, progress reports, and project documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned across projects.
