Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist / Campaign Manager
Job Description:
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Manage end -to -end campaign execution including targeting, scheduling, and reporting
• Perform audience segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and improve engagement
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
• Manage multiple campaigns with high attention to detail and accuracy
Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing / campaign management / marketing automation
• Strong understanding of email strategy, execution, and optimization
• Experience with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Knowledge of lead generation, customer lifecycle, and segmentation strategies
• Familiarity with email performance metrics and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in B2B IT services marketing (technology, digital, data, AI)
• Familiarity with demand generation and lead generation programs
• Understanding of campaign attribution and funnel reporting
• Exposure to data -driven and account -based marketing (ABM)
