We’re searching for an Email Developer to support the daily operations of digital messaging (email, push, SMS) programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service that is on-time and exceeds client expectations. This individual will be proficient in email development methodologies from build and quality assurance checks to segmentation and deployment configuration to send initiation. The impact you’ll have:

The role spans the full lifecycle of the email development process, from email design through email deployment. The Email Developer must be able to work effectively with a variety of team members and stakeholders to understand their email needs, and work to fulfill business needs in the most efficient manner possible.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in project meetings as needed for program kick-off, asset hand-off and other requirements related discussions.
• Develop and deploy email campaigns using HTML authoring tools in SFMC.
• Implement the day-to-day operational tasks to build, test, and launch simple to sophisticated campaign workflows within SFMC.
• Create email campaign deliverables and ensure that final deliverables are on time and meet business requirements.
• Perform first level quality control testing.
• Help troubleshoot root cause of email issues discovered and recommend solutions.
• Contribute ideas and feedback for process improvement.
• Stay informed on email marketing trends, changes in browser capabilities and multimedia development standards.
• Work towards SFMC certifications, if not already achieved.

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year experience with end-to-end developing, testing and deploying email marketing campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in coding languages HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Figma.
• Understanding of best practices with email templates and modular design.
• Experience with Responsive Design.
• Ability to comprehend code written in several different languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
