Who are we?

Kolabro Business Solutions is a product startup based out of Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. We are building a B2B mobile app and other stack of products to help property brokers, brokerage firms & developers to do their business more efficiently. It is a platform where brokers will be able to manage leads, their agents, CRM and communicate seamlessly with the community using the Kolabro App. Kolabro founding team consists of members from leading a digital media house & an Ex-Googler with over 15 years of combined experience in digital marketing at leadership positions. At Kolabro, we want to organize & support the Real Estate sector in India using technology. A mammoth task equaled only by our zeal to work towards the goal.

Responsibilites:

We are looking for email marketing specialists who can create, manage and execute multiple email campaigns for lead generation and reach purposes. This role entails not only managing the campaigns but optimizing the databases and structuring the campaigns for best outcome.

Desired Skill Set:

1. At least 6 months experience managing email campaigns. Freshers with significant knowledge/excel knowledge are also welcome.


2. Working knowledge of running campaigns across Netcore, Octane and other panels.


3. Strong understanding of warmup, data segmentation and utilization.


4. Very strong understanding of evolving email space and how to effect greater inboxing.


5. Understanding of terms like CPM, CPC, CPO, CPL, CPV, CLTV, etc.


6. Ability to operate and manage databases and optimizing them in excel.


7. Extremely efficient with Excel - filters, pivot tables, segregations & excel commands.


8. Strong writing & communication (especially listening) skills.


9. Strong leadership & software estimation skills.


10. Detail oriented and ability to organize.


11. Very strong in analytical, problem-solving and innovation skills.


12. Ability to manage multiple project pipeline.
