Job Description - Email Marketing Program Associate, Self-Service growth
What is The Role
We are looking for a Program Associate, Email Marketing to support and grow product-led email programs that help users move through activation, adoption, and expansion.
In this role, you’ll work closely with IT, Marketing Operations, Product Analytics, Product Marketing, Product, and regional teams to deliver thoughtful, timely, and locally relevant email experiences. You’ll play a key role in bringing email strategies to life, helping identify product- and behavior-based triggers, and using data and product signals to improve performance over time.
What You Will Be Doing
Email Program Execution, Automation & Experimentation
Execute the email marketing strategy, including audience sourcing, nurture flow design, automation, and product‑triggered messaging
Build and manage automated, scalable email programs using Marketo, including lifecycle and behavior‑based flows
Design and execute email experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize subject lines, messaging, timing, and conversion performance
Work closely with IT, Marketing Operations, and Product Analytics teams to identify, build, and operationalize email triggers based on product telemetry and user behavior
Actively source new sources of the audience to increase the email campaign reach
Support the scaling of product‑led and lifecycle email programs across regions
Nurture Programs & Optimization
Operational health and optimization nurtures that guide users toward best practices, feature adoption, and improved system performance
Trial‑to‑paid and entry‑level‑to‑cloud conversion nurtures, including localized messaging to support global audiences
Product‑ and solution‑specific nurtures tailored to distinct use cases, personas, and stages of the user journey
Product telemetry– and behavior‑based nurtures triggered by in‑product signals, usage patterns, and lifecycle milestones
Partner with Analytics to track performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion
Operations, Quality & Compliance
Ensure operational excellence across all email programs, including QA, deliverability, and regional scalability
Maintain compliance with email regulations and internal governance standards
Contribute to documentation and best practices to support repeatable, scalable execution
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, IT, Marketing Operations, and Product Analytics to align messaging with product priorities and user journeys
Coordinate inputs across teams to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely email communications
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience working with email marketing platforms
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, nurture programs, and product-led growth concepts
Ability to turn product signals and user behavior into clear, helpful messaging for customers
Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and execution skills
Interest and comfort working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
