Role Overview :We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Senior B2C
Email Marketing Specialist to lead our product-focused email marketing efforts.
This role demands deep expertise in Mailchimp, a strategic approach to customer
engagement, and the ability to drive product growth, retention, and conversions
through data-backed, high-impact campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute powerful email marketing
strategies that boost engagement, enhance retention, and drive conversions.
Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and refine campaigns, automations, and
workflows using Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.
Audience Segmentation – Leverage customer insights to create segmented lists
and deliver personalized, targeted content.
Performance Optimization – Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs
to continually improve results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with product, design, and content
teams to craft visually appealing, high-impact emails.
Data & Analytics – Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and
provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
Compliance – Ensure all campaigns comply with regulations such as CCPA and
CAN-SPAM.
Industry Awareness – Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and
best practices to keep our strategies competitive.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2C email marketing, ideally within
digital product or SaaS environments.
Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including automation setup, audience
segmentation, and performance reporting.
Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
strategies.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus, though not
mandatory.
Strong data-driven approach, with experience using tools such as Google
Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.
Ability to craft engaging, action-oriented email copy that drives conversions.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing
campaign performance.
Proficient in A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve results.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
