We are looking for a passionate, creative, and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can craft compelling email campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and generate qualified business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills, understand B2B SaaS buyer journeys, and be passionate about experimenting with new email strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

  Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting HR Leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruiters, and Business Leaders.

  Build multi-touch email nurture journeys for inbound and outbound campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Segment audiences for personalized communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and campaign performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and email formats.

  
  

Content Creation

• 
  

  Create engaging email copies that generate curiosity and drive action.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop newsletters, customer success stories, product announcements, and thought leadership emails.

  
  


• 
  

  Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, and industry reports into email campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create impactful messaging.
  
  

  
  

Lead Generation

• 
  

  Execute cold email outreach campaigns to enterprise prospects.

  
  


• 
  

  Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through strategic email campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Build automated lead nurturing workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with SDRs and Sales teams to improve conversion rates.

  
  

Campaign Analytics

• 
  

  Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze Open Rates ,Click Through Rates ,Reply Rates,Bounce Rates,Lead Conversion ,Pipeline Contribution

  
  

• 
  

  Share weekly campaign performance reports.
  
  

  
  

Marketing Automation

• 
  

  Manage email automation workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain email databases and audience segmentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure CRM hygiene and campaign accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Improve sender reputation and email deliverability.
  
  

  
  

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Mandatory

  1–5 years of experience in Email Marketing.

  Strong content writing and copywriting skills.

  Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is mandatory.
