Embedded Engineer

We are looking for an Embedded Engineer – Jetson Camera & GStreamer Optimization (Contract) to analyze and optimize end\-to\-end camera pipelines, improve video quality, and ensure low\-latency, real\-time performance. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms, GStreamer, and CSI cameras, and be capable of tuning ISP parameters and developing C++ plugins to enhance camera and video pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the end\-to\-end camera pipeline (Sensor → ISP → GStreamer → Display).
  




• Improve sharpness, color accuracy, and image consistency.
  




• Identify and reduce end\-to\-end video latency.
  




• Review, refactor, or rewrite custom GStreamer C++ plugins and pipeline components if required.
  




• Ensure zero\-copy (NVMM) GPU pipelines and correct caps negotiation.
  




• Tune ISP parameters (exposure, gain, white balance, sharpness) for Sony IMX sensors.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands\-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson (Orin / Xavier / Nano).
  




• Deep knowledge of GStreamer/DeepStream internals and performance tuning.
  




• Experience with CSI cameras and Sony IMX series sensors.
  




• Hands\-on work with nvarguscamerasrc / NVIDIA ISP.
  




• C++ development experience for GStreamer plugins.
  




• Proven experience in low\-latency, real\-time video systems.
