    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, certification requirements, and power optimization for low-power IoT applications.
  • Firmware/Driver Integration
    • Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate drivers for peripherals, sensors, and communication modules.
    • Debug and optimize firmware-hardware interactions to achieve high performance, stability, and scalability.
    • Provide support in bootloader development, device bring-up, and system validation.
  • IoT System Integration
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT modules into larger system architectures.
    • Ensure connectivity, interoperability, and data flow across IoT devices, gateways, and cloud platforms.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues impacting system-level performance.
  • Testing & Validation
    • Develop and execute test plans for hardware prototypes, pre-production units, and final devices.
    • Conduct root-cause analysis for failures, implement corrective actions, and improve system reliability.
    • Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to support certification and regulatory approvals.
  • Documentation & Collaboration
    • Create and maintain hardware design documentation, technical specifications, and integration guidelines.
    • Work closely with product management, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
    • Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and development.
  • Strong expertise in EC200U modules, LoRa technology, and IoT device integration.
  • Proficiency in firmware/driver integration and troubleshooting hardware-software interactions.
  • Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad).
  • Solid understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, wireless protocols (LoRa, LTE, NB-IoT, BLE, Wi-Fi), and power management techniques.
  • Familiarity with hardware validation, signal integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, and certification processes.
  • Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IoT cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, etc.).
  • Exposure to edge computing and security aspects of IoT devices.
  • Prior experience in mass production and hardware lifecycle management.
