We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to join our emergency response team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in critical medical situations. As a first responder, you will provide immediate medical care to individuals experiencing health emergencies, stabilize patients, and ensure safe and efficient transport to healthcare facilities.

This role demands professionalism, compassion, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing pre-hospital medical care and life support to patients in need.
• Perform basic and advanced emergency medical procedures such as CPR, airway management, bleeding control, splinting, wound dressing, and use of AEDs.
• Assess patient conditions, record vital signs, and determine the appropriate course of treatment in line with medical protocols.
• Safely transport patients to hospitals or medical facilities, ensuring continuity of care throughout the journey.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, emergency physicians, and dispatch teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Inspect, clean, and restock ambulances and medical equipment to ensure operational readiness at all times.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients, colleagues, and self.
• Support community health initiatives and participate in medical outreach or disaster response operations when required.
• Stay updated with emergency medical protocols, first aid practices, and life support advancements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong clinical knowledge of emergency medicine, trauma care, and pre-hospital procedures.
• Hands-on expertise in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) techniques.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment such as defibrillators, suction units, oxygen administration systems, and stretchers.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and compassionate in high-pressure, life-threatening situations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation under pressure.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move patients as required.

Qualifications:

• Certification or Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic Training from a recognized institution.
• Valid EMT/Paramedic License as per state or national standards.
• Certification in BLS, CPR, and First Aid (ALS certification preferred).
• 1–15 years of experience as an EMT, Paramedic, or in a similar emergency medical response role.
