This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 6-9 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Delhi, Punjab

JobType: full-time

As an Employability Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for successful careers by delivering high-impact skills training and developing industry-relevant curriculum. Your focus will be on equipping students with critical employability competencies through engaging sessions, practical learning, and close alignment with evolving industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills Training Delivery (50%)

  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and outcome-driven employability training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate workshops on key professional skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, digital literacy, and industry-aligned competencies.
  • Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous skill development and job-readiness.

Curriculum Development (10%)

  • Collaborate with the Employability & Career Success leadership to design and maintain dynamic, market-aligned training content.
  • Incorporate employer insights, real-world challenges, and industry trends into curriculum design.
  • Regularly update training material to reflect evolving technologies and job market expectations.

Project Management (40%)

  • Lead and manage student internship and project-based learning initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Ensure clear timelines, stakeholder communication, and comprehensive documentation of student progress and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain employer relationships to align student projects with real-world business needs and expectations.

Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent Facilitation & Communication: Strong public speaking and training delivery skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
  • Curriculum Design & Instruction: Hands-on experience creating learning materials focused on industry-specific and soft skill development.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to oversee multiple student projects, coordinate with industry partners, and drive results.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: A keen eye for job market shifts and employer expectations to tailor employability training accordingly.
  • Creative & Innovative Thinking: Ability to create engaging, modern, and effective training methodologies.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Use of analytics and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Empathy & Mentorship: Strong interpersonal skills to support, guide, and inspire students on their professional journey.
