Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth in our renewable energy vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering results in a fast-evolving clean energy market.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Market Development & Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, wind, storage and hybrid renewable energy projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape business strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with organizational goals.

Proposal & Commercial Management: Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients, basis the bill analysis ad client requirement. Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive initiatives with an ownership mindset and innovative approach. Explore new revenue streams and partnerships to expand market presence.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams for seamless project execution.

· Drive strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.

· Monitor policy changes and leverage government schemes for business advantage.

· Develop strategies for lead generation and market outreach.

·  Focus, develop, nurture and maintain relationships with large corporates and key strategic sectors as identified by the Company

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development within renewable energy or power sector. Proven track record of closing large-scale projects and partnerships.
  • Core Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
