Function: Global Implementations / Professional Services
Location: Jaipur (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
Reporting To: Manager, Professional Services
Reporting to the Manager – Professional Services, the Engagement Manager is responsible for leading client-facing delivery and successfully executing implementation projects across one or more business units. This role owns day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints while achieving intended business outcomes.
The Engagement Manager serves as the central point of coordination—managing outcomes, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Project & Delivery Ownership
Own and manage projects on a day-to-day basis with full accountability for delivery success.
Ensure projects deliver agreed scope, quality, timelines, and financial outcomes as defined in the business case.
Adhere to stage-gate quality standards and SDLC governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Implementation Lifecycle Management
Lead and drive all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including:
Project Kick-off
Business Requirements Gathering
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Project Hand-off
Maintain project health, milestones, and metrics using designated project management tools.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Drive clear, consistent internal and external project communication.
Lead client workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align expectations.
Review and analyze client business processes to provide strategic implementation guidance.
Balance customer success outcomes with contracted financial commitments.
Planning, Risk & Change Management
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Initiate, evaluate, and support change requests while maintaining project controls.
Resource & Financial Management
Manage assigned project resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Track project financials and ensure alignment with budget and profitability targets.
Drive shorter implementation cycles to accelerate customer time-to-value.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and project artifacts.
Drive and support delivery best practices.
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in Software Delivery or Professional Services.
Proven ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC project delivery.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Comfortable working remotely for extended periods.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with PSA tools such as Mavenlink, Clarizen, or similar.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice-to-Have
Strong understanding of the PAR / Punchh platform.
Experience with Loyalty and Engagement platforms (Restaurant or Convenience Store industry preferred).
PMP certification.
Experience using MS Project.

Able to tailor communication based on audience.
