Job Description - Engineer

Scheduling of MSP and order proforma as per MKT input for Horn & Electronic Components

Monitoring Production vs Despatch to control inventory value and to meet customer demand on time

Follow -up and execution of materials, components and subcontract services and release of Production orders for parts

Preparing and Circulating Assembly 3 Days plan(1 Day Firm+ 2 Day Tentative) regularly

Conducting the Morning Production Review Meeting (PRM) to overcome the production loss along with CFT's and concerned buyers

Responsible to review the daily production plan and ensure that requirements are met.

Responsible for achieving The Production Target as per MSP& closely interacting with MKTG to achieve Sales Target

Meeting and production planning with Electronic Division Team for the Development & Regular Products..

Interaction with Operations & Purchase team to meet Inventory of Shop floor to the target level

Close interaction with Operations & Purchase team to meet Inventory of Shop floor to the target level.
