ENGINEER, ASSEMBLY & TEST CENTRAL QA

Ensures all quality processes are in compliance with internal and government/industrial quality standards. Manage and Drive Global Material Review Board (GMRB) meetings & lead Rescreening activities as a subsequent step of MRB. Collaborate and Review Major 8Ds to identify root cause, containment and validating corrective and preventive actions. Support Customer and Internal Quality Audits Drive External Manufacturing (sub-con) to align with company's quality systems and requirements. Driving and support Site Team to achieve Quality KPI and Metrics Understand process risks and opportunities assessment and monitor treatments as required. Collaborate with Assembly and Test (AT) operations and engineering groups to review Global Change Management Process (GCP) Prepare Reporting of Weekly/Monthly Quality Metrics Product coverage includes DRAM, NAND, mNAND, SSD, Modules and Components Support manufacturing sites in India on managing quality related events ranging from new product introduction to ramping to mass production. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Material Science or a related field of study Master's degree will be an advantage. Internship with any electronics, PCB manufacturing company Hands-on knowledge for data analytics Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing is critical in this role. Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple issue at any given time. Proficient in Quality processes and procedures Control Plan, SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology, etc... Strong data analysis capability and knowledge of software tools is an advantage.
