1. Data Extraction, Mapping & Transformation Support - 40%

· Assist in extracting, cleansing, and preparing source data files for AMS migration and ETL projects

· Support field-level data mapping between source and target systems under the direction of senior analysts

· Identify and flag data quality issues including duplicates, missing values, and formatting inconsistencies

· Use SQL to query databases and validate data integrity in support of conversion tasks

· Assist in building and testing data transformation workflows within ETL platforms

· Document data mapping specifications, transformation rules, and conversion runbooks

2. Data Validation & Quality Assurance - 30%

· Execute pre- and post-conversion data validation and QA checks

· Compare source and target data to identify discrepancies and escalate as needed

· Support testing cycles for AMS platform migrations including Applied Epic, AMS360, and Vertafore

· Maintain organized records of data issues, resolutions, and conversion milestones

· Assist in developing QA checklists and validation reports

3. Reporting & Documentation - 20%

· Assist in creating basic reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track conversion progress and data quality metrics

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation and data dictionaries

· Support ad-hoc data requests from internal project and operations teams

· Record and communicate conversion status updates in project tracking systems including Asana

4. Teamwork & Collaboration (Standard) - 10%
