Engineer - DMP - Electrical Products

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n\"The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze commercial, technical data of electrical components and assemblies, for genereating,supporting and executing differnt type of cost out, resiliency projects. It also requires contributing towards development and execution of categorywise strategies, in close colloboration with various cross functional teams like Global procurement organization, product development teams, product line managing teams,global sourcing teams and suppliers across the globe. The incumbent would be responsible for Engineering data improvement for various Electrical components or sub assemblies asscoiated with LV, MV products and contribute in data libraries development.\n\nThe Incumbent also need to contribute in reducing new product development times, by suggesting cost effective and technically comptabile products from strategic suppliers of the category. The applicant should have capability to leverage data analytics, fundamentals of engineering, knolwedge of product design and development \u0026 ideation principles to create new project opportunities.\" \n\n\"1. Data analysis, utilizing technical and commerical information and expertize, for Generating cost out opportunities- Resouring, Negotiation and VAVE. \n2\\. Cross functional colloboration for executing the cost out,NPI and resiliecny projects. \n3\\. Understanding the requirements, proposing best possible solutions and communicating clearly \n4\\. Familar with Standards(UL, IEC), preperation of test plans and validating \n5\\. Data banks creation for specified Electrical products, working with contractual engineers \n6\\. Conceptual or theoretical activities related to fundamentals of Electrical Engineering, physics,product design and development knowledge for ideas creation and execution \n7\\. Colloboration with various teams like Should Costing, Sourcing, TCO, plant buyers etc., teams \n8\\. Colloborating with supplier and internal customers for executing the cost out projects \n7\\. Conducting brainstorming sessions and comptetior products benchmarking, in colloboration with cross functional teams to generate cost out ideas.\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired: Bachelor\u2019s/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering \n\"3+years of experience with Bachelors degree or 2 Years of experience with Masters degree. \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\nHands on experience on design and development of Electrical products and subsystems of - LV/MV. \nExperience on Cost out projects, ability to handle multiple projects and exposure to SCM. \nExperience on managing large data, data analysis, colloboration with different teams. \"\n\n\"Required: \n1\\. knowledge about electrical products of LV/MV.
