Role:

Will directly report to Assistant Manager FEA and will be responsible for executing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) analysis projects for different business units of Rehlko service centre. This position will also be responsible for conducting analysis led design studies and recommending design changes for better performance, through interaction with client. This position should be able to manage the project.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of FEA tools preferably Ansys Workbench and Hyperwork suits Optistruct Radioss.

• Experience in Static, Fatigue, Modal, Weld, Random Vibrations, Harmonic and Impact Analysis.

• Preparing and documenting FEA calculation results.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills including with Counterparts.

• Collaborate directly with counterparts to address complex engineering challenges and deliver tailored technical solutions. Educational Qualification requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/automobile/CADCAM engineering from the reputed colleges/university with minimum 60% marks and Master’s degree in mechanical/CADCAM/Automobile engineering from the reputed colleges/university with strong academic track record.

Experience requirement:

• Structural mechanics experience preferably applied to Power system Products with 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Proven experience in finite element analysis (FEA).

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of material properties and mechanical behavior.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
