Along the way, you will get to:\n\n * Configure and manage clusters (HA, DRS, EVC, vMotion) \n * Perform datastore provisioning, multipathing \u0026 storage troubleshooting \n * Conduct ESXi patching \u0026 vCenter upgrades \n * Perform root cause analysis (host failures, resource contention) \n * Manage VM migrations across clusters/datacenters \n * Support DR replication, failover \u0026 failback testing \n * Implement resource optimization \u0026 capacity management \n * Manage vSphere clusters (HA, DRS, vMotion operations) \n * Perform host additions, cluster expansions, and resource balancing \n * Troubleshoot ESXi host, VM performance, and storage/network issues \n * Support vSAN configuration and monitoring \n * Execute patching, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management \n * Support backup/replication and DR testing activities \n * Participate in problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) \n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
