As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.\n\nAbout the role \nAct as the technical escalation point and infrastructure SME responsible for architecture design, OS upgrades, migrations, automation, and strategic capacity planning.\n\nAs an Engineer III you will:\n\n * Actively participate in the assessment, designing, planning, and implementation of VCF infrastructure on hybrid environment.\n * Architect and design of VMware Cloud Foundation environments for private and hybrid cloud deployments. Hyper-V\n * Define and implement cloud automation strategies using VMware Aria Suite (Aria Automation, Aria Operations, Aria Lifecycle).\n * Develop high-level and detailed infrastructure designs, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.\n * Architect VMware NSX-T solutions for network virtualization, micro-segmentation, and zero-trust security models\n * Design, deploy, support and troubleshoot large-scale VMWARE environment.\n * Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter servers. \n * Ensure the security of the VMware environment by applying patches, updates, and configuring security settings. \n * On-Prem Datacenter \u0026 Hybrid Cloud\n * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.\n * Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. \n \n\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for:\n\n * 8+ years implementing and troubleshooting VMWARE technologies.\n * Growth in technical skills through VMWARE certification (VCF Administrator/ VMware vSphere certified)\n * Expert VMWARE and VCF technologies in upgrades, patching.\n * Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and cloud computing principles.\n * Familiarity with hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., Vmware, AVS, Azure Local).\n * Hand on experience on VMWARE ARIA.\n * Experience in managing and configuring NSX.\n * Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.\n * Ability to think on your feet and solve issues.\n * Available for evening and overnight work as needed.\n * Ability to work in a team environment with other engineers.\n * Enterprise vSphere \u0026 vSAN architecture support\n * Advanced troubleshooting (host, storage, network, HA failures)\n * DR design \u0026 implementation (SRM, replication strategy)\n * ESXi lifecycle upgrades, migrations (P2V/V2V), and capacity planning\n * Design \u0026 implement enterprise VMware clusters, HA/DR architectures\n * Lead vCenter \u0026 ESXi version upgrades and lifecycle management\n * Plan and execute guest OS upgrades (Windows/Linux) ensuring compatibility\n * Lead large-scale migrations (P2V, V2V, DC migrations, cross-vCenter)\n * Define rollback strategies \u0026 downtime planning for migrations\n * Architect vSAN \u0026 storage performance optimization strategies\n\n\n\nAzure / Hybrid Expertise (2-4 years) \n\u2022 Azure IaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers) \n\u2022 Azure Stack HCI / Azure Arc knowledge \n\u2022 Hybrid identity (Entra ID Connect, SSO) \n\u2022 Azure Backup \u0026 Site Recovery \n\u2022 Governance \u0026 cost optimization strategies\n\nCertifications (Preferred) \n\u2022 VMware Certified Advanced Professional\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
