You will demonstrate good software engineering principles in all aspects of the development life cycle including the analysis of software requirements, specifications, research, design, document, maintenance, and support. You must have shown ability to build quality software and participate in quality improvement efforts to minimize negative impact resulting from defects, downtime, or performance degradation. We\u2019re 40 years, 20+ countries, 26,000+ lifetime patents, and over 30,000 people strong.\n\nRequired Skill:\n\n * Hands-on experience with full\u2011stack software development with strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object-Oriented Design.\n * Experience with the following technologies:\n * Programming languages / technologies: C#, C++, .NET, .NET Core, WPF, ADO.NET, WebAPI, RESTful services\n\n\n * Scripting languages: Perl, Python, PowerShell\n * Database environments: MS SQL Server, MySQL (experience with performance tuning and query optimization preferred)\n\n\n * Others: Design Patterns, DevOps, Agile/Scrum\n * Prior architecture and technical ownership experience is a plus\n * Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure\n * DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (build, release, and deployment automation)\n * Source Control: GIT, TFS\n * Windows\u0027 environment \u2013 Windows Desktop, Windows Server, IIS\n * Unix environment \u2013 Linux (RHEL), Apache Web Server\n * Familiarity with technologies \\- Microservices, Containers, OpenShift etc.\n * Familiarity with modern web UI development frameworks and responsive design principles\n\n\n\nGood to have:\n\n * Hands\u2011on experience using Generative AI tools and Agentic AIs to support software development, debugging, testing, or productivity (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * The ability to work in numerous areas of software development independently or as part of a team\n * Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills\n * Strong attention to detail\n * Passionate to contribute to a fast-paced environment on parallel projects and tasks\n * Self\u2011driven and capable of delivering with minimal supervision\n * Strong stakeholder and customer collaboration skills\n * Active team participation and shown teamwork and consensus building skills\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n * Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban\n * Familiar with DevOps principles\n * Demonstrated ability to leverage AI\u2011assisted development tools (e.g., copilots or agents) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem solving, while following responsible and secure AI usage practices.\n\n\n\nIf you are energized to fulfill our vision to build business value by developing critical software systems and modernizing existing systems with the latest technologies, please apply.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
