Your responsibilities will include:\n\n * Crafting, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\n * Manage and mentor a team of associates in successfully running and executing all the KPI\u2019s - Production target / Cycle Time/WIP reduction.\n * Conducting regular assessments of production lines to identify areas for improvement.\n * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve product quality and safety.\n * Applying data analysis to determine and address production issues promptly.\n * Developing and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes and procedures.\n * Training and mentoring production staff on new technologies and standard methodologies.\n * Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.\n\n\n\n## Required Qualifications\n\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\n\n * A Bachelor\u0027s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n * Proven experience of 1-2 years in a manufacturing role.\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n * Proficiency in using Microsoft office and other engineering tools.\n * A deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.\n * The ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nManufacturing Engineer 1\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
