Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in the design of pumping stations for water, irrigation, firefighting, and wastewater systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical design, hydraulic analysis, and multidisciplinary coordination for pumping station projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist in the design of pumping stations for water, irrigation, firefighting, and wastewater systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Support pump selection, mechanical equipment sizing, and preparation of design layouts.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop 2D and 3D mechanical design drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit MEP.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform basic hydraulic modeling and system analysis using Bentley WaterGEMS and Hammer.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure designs comply with HIS standards and applicable engineering codes.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare design reports, calculation sheets, and technical documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated design.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in preparing BoQ, material specifications, and technical submittals.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in design review meetings and respond to technical comments.

  
  


• 
  

  Support senior engineers in value engineering and project delivery tasks.

  
  

Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Overall Experience Required to Execute this Role

• 1-4 Years of Experience in design
