Engineer - QS & Billing (MEPF)

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineer - QS & Billing with hands -on experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) quantity surveying and billing, preferably within residential real estate projects. This is a desk -based role at our Head Office in Kolkata, with coordination responsibilities across site and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and verification of quantity take -offs for all MEPF works from drawings and specifications
  
• Detailed BOQ and BOM preparation along with rate analysis for MEPF items
  
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents for MEPF packages
  
• Verification of measurements at site in coordination with the execution team
  
• Review and validation of contractor and vendor BOQs and quotations
  
• Analysis and certification of extra items, deviations, and variation orders
  
• Tracking and reconciliation of material consumption against theoretical quantities
  

Requirements

Must -Have Skills

• AutoCAD
  
• MS Excel
  
• MS Word
  
• Working knowledge of MEPF systems in a construction/real estate context
  

Preferred Experience

• Quantification of MEPF works in residential real estate projects
  
• Prior experience on the contractor or developer side in a QS/Billing capacity
  

Who Should Apply

Candidates with a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5 to 7 years of experience specifically in MEPF quantity surveying and billing, and who are comfortable working with drawings, BOQs, and contractor coordination on a day -to -day basis.
