Job Description (JD) – Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong
hands-on knowledge of grouting, cable anchoring, slope protection, and
construction site execution. The candidate should be capable of independently
managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with clients, leading site
teams, and ensuring proper planning and execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute
  and monitor TAM grouting and consolidation grouting works.
  
• Supervise
  cable anchor installation and stressing activities.
  
• Manage
  slope protection and stabilization works.
  
• Plan
  and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
  
• Independently
  handle site operations and ensure work progress as per project schedules.
  
• Coordinate
  with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  
• Manage
  manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.
  
• Lead
  site teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
  
• Monitor
  work quality, safety, productivity, and project progress.
  
• Prepare
  daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  
• Identify
  site-related issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
  

Requirements

• Strong
  technical knowledge of TAM grouting and consolidation grouting.
  
• Practical
  experience in cable anchor works and stressing.
  
• Knowledge
  of slope protection and stabilization techniques.
  
• Strong
  site planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
  
• Excellent
  client coordination and communication skills.
  
• Team
  management and leadership abilities.
  
• Ability
  to work independently at project sites.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E.
  / B.Tech qualification.
  
• Minimum
  5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, geotechnical
  engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  
• Hands-on
  experience in the specified technical activities is essential.
  
• Willingness
  to work at project sites as required.
