Engineer sourcing

What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:
•    Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts for mechanical, electrical and electronic components.
•    Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
•    Cost Control: Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
•    Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with company goals and project requirements.
 

Qualifications:

•    BE/BTech (Electrical, ECE / Mechanical)
•    1-5+ years in Sourcing, preferably in Electrical, electronics, EV industries
 

Skills:

•    SAP ERP & Project Management Experience will be added advantage. 
•    Proficient skills level in MS Office: Excel (Formulas, Filtering, Charts, Pivot, V-lookup, Conditional Formatting), word and Power Point presentations. 
•    Good communicator of both written and verbal information
