Having sound knowledge on Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series. Software upgrade process for these Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series Ethernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting process Raise and update the tickets in in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon. Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports. Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments. Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS Good in customer handling and RCA identification You will bring: Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent 5-10 years of hands-on experience on 2nd Level Engineer- functional role.
