Job Description

Role: Engineer- Gen‑AI / AI DevOps (Gen‑DevOps)
Experience: 3-5 Years of experience 
Location: Hyderabad

Summary 

The Product Operations Engineer executes day‑to‑day operational work to ensure products run reliably in production. This role focuses on tenant configuration, operational backlog execution, release support, and close coordination with support and engineering teams to meet customer commitments 

Responsibilities  

• Triage and resolve operational tickets including configuration changes, approved data fixes, and access enablement. 

• Execute run backlog items and participate in sprint and ops cadence as assigned. 

• Support release and maintenance activities by performing validation checks, smoke tests, and release communications. 

• Maintain and improve runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support L0/L1 teams. 

• Participate in hyper‑care during major launches when required. 

• Escalate defects, capacity risks, and policy issues with clear evidence and customer impact. 

Gen‑AI / AI DevOps (Gen‑DevOps) Responsibilities 

• Support operational execution for AI‑enabled features, including tenant enablement and access controls. 

• Perform AI operational validations such as prompt checks, feature‑flag verification, and inference health checks. 

• Follow AI runbooks for known issues and escalate deviations or failures. 

• Document recurring AI operational issues and contribute improvements to runbooks and self‑service content.  

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications 

• 4+ years in technical operations, support engineering, or software delivery. 

• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted applications and ticketing systems. 

• Basic scripting or SQL skills for diagnostics and data checks. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
