centric service. We're scaling up, and technology is at the heart of our growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Team Lead who can take end -to -end ownership of Dentalkart’s
tech ecosystem—including our website (React), mobile app (React Native), backend
(Node.js + SQL + Django), and AWS infrastructure. This is a hands -on leadership role that
involves managing development, mentoring team members, overseeing architecture, and
ensuring performance, scalability, and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers.
Oversee development and maintenance of Dentalkart's website and mobile app.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business
needs into scalable tech solutions.
Own the complete software development lifecycle—from planning to deployment and
post -launch maintenance.
Ensure high code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Actions.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Troubleshoot critical production issues and deploy fixes rapidly.
Regularly review system architecture and suggest improvements.
Plan sprints and manage Jira task board for timely delivery.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands -on experience in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native.
Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and familiarity with Django (Python).
Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems.
Familiarity with Git -based workflows, CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams.
Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience in e -commerce or high -traffic B2C platforms.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working in a fast -paced startup environment.
