Our small, tightly knit team includes senior ML practitioners from global internet giants and engineers
with experience of thinking up and deploying complex architectures. We are based in

Responsibilities:
● Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define and align
engineering vision and roadmap
● Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration
and personal growth
● Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team
● Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering a high-quality product, clearly
communicating milestones as well as risk

You Must Have:
● You have a total of 7+ years
● You have 3+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role
● You have 4+ year’s experience building well-designed software with Python
● You have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
● You have excellent project management and communication skills
● You are an empathetic, self-aware leader who is invested in the growth of the team members
