As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring strong technical standards and efficient execution. Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Drive technical execution and ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with business goals
Collaborate with product management, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
Oversee software architecture, development practices, and engineering standards
Manage release cycles and ensure smooth, reliable software deployments
Promote adoption of agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and modern engineering workflows
Guide teams in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Redis, PostgreSQL, microservices, and Kubernetes
Ensure code quality, system reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and engineering productivity
Stay updated with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
What Makes You a Great Fit
7–12 years of software development experience with strong engineering leadership exposure
Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of scalable backend systems and distributed architectures
Proven experience managing engineering teams and driving successful project delivery
Experience with release management, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement
Experience working in startup or fast-paced product-driven environments is highly valuable
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and execution
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is an added advantage
