Job Description:

Kadel Labs is seeking
an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead high -performing
technology teams across diverse projects and technology stacks. This role is
ideal for a seasoned engineering leader with strong technical depth in any
modern technology stack, combined with proven experience in team management,
solution delivery, and engineering excellence.

The Engineering
Manager will be responsible for driving technical strategy, managing end -to -end
software delivery, leading multiple engineering teams, and ensuring scalable,
secure, and high -quality product development aligned with business objectives.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and
manage engineering teams across multiple technologies, functions, and projects
• Drive architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable software
solutions across any modern tech stack
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to
define technical roadmaps and execution strategies
• Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in code quality,
architecture, security, performance, and scalability
• Oversee application development, APIs, integrations, and enterprise system
modernization initiatives
• Manage project execution, sprint planning, delivery timelines, and resource
allocation
• Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and
process optimization
• Lead technical decision -making, problem -solving, and production issue
resolution
• Build and scale strong engineering teams through hiring, coaching,
performance management, and capability development
• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging
technologies
• Ensure successful delivery of business -critical projects while maintaining
operational efficiency

Requirements /
Skills:

• 10+ years of
software engineering experience with strong technical expertise in any modern
technology stack
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in product, services, or
enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable systems, APIs, and
enterprise application development
• Experience in front -end, back -end, cloud, data, or platform engineering
across one or more technologies
• Ability to lead teams working on technologies such as Java, .NET, Python,
Node.js, PHP, React, Angular, cloud platforms, or equivalent
• Experience with databases, system integrations, cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment processes
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and software delivery
lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and
team -building skills
• Strong analytical thinking, decision -making, and problem -solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple teams/projects while balancing technical and
business priorities

Good to Have:

• Experience leading
digital transformation or enterprise modernization projects
• Exposure to cloud -native architectures and security best practices
• Experience in handling cross -functional distributed teams
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data engineering, or
