C++ and RTOS (embedded platform software dev side); advanced C++; 11 and above ; sage agile exp; executing projects in safe agile

software dev exp of 10 years; people management of 5 -6 years , planning & executing projects, stakeholder mgmt

leading and building teams , coaching and mentoring teams

15 -20 span of control ; number of people managed

working with global teams ; USA teams ; multi site teams

strategic in nature ; how to get bigger and getting more work from OU side; planning & executing strategies; driving innovation and improvement

domain - exp in aerospace , automobiles, railway, defense products, medical dev ; good exp on safety critical systems

developing software that runs with hardware, comm protocols talks with hardware - this is what embedded means

BE - electrical & communication , mechatronics, no computer science
