? HIRING: ENGINEERING MANAGER – DATA ENGINEERING

? Pune, Maharashtra

? Work Mode: Hybrid

?‍? Experience: 10–15+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Data Engineering to lead multiple data engineering squads and drive enterprise-scale data platform initiatives.

? KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 10–15+ years in Data Engineering

• 3–5+ years of Engineering/Data Engineering leadership

• Strong hands-on experience with Data bricks

• Data bricks Workspace, Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog, Workflows & Auto Loader

• Strong expertise in PySpark, Spark SQL, Python & SQL

• ETL/ELT & Medallion Architecture

• Batch & Streaming Data Pipelines

• Azure/AWS cloud experience

• Enterprise-scale data platform development

• Experience leading 20+ member teams / multiple squads

• Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder & project management skills

• End-to-end delivery ownership

• Banking / Financial Services experience highly preferred

A strong technical leader who can balance hands-on architecture, engineering excellence, delivery management, stakeholder communication, and people leadership.
