Job Description Summary

Support the Regional Engineering Manager, APAC, to provide strategic oversight of engineering operations across critical facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FLS, and EMS systems, with a strong focus on sustaining zero downtime environments. Drive governance and performance through structured annual and ad hoc site reviews, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements, local regulations, and CW & AMD standards. Lead infrastructure upgrades and capital projects through effective coordination with vendors and contractors, while safeguarding service quality and regulatory adherence. Support budget planning and forecasting by prioritizing capital investments that strengthen critical systems and promote sustainable operational excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Energy Management

• Monitor sustainability KPIs and ensure regulatory alignment
• Coordinate consultants and deliver timely reporting
• Support green building initiatives and compliance 
• Drive energy-saving initiatives through optimization.
• Track energy performance, cost savings and ROI.

Sustainability

• Support sustainability programs and coordinate consultants effectively
• Drive environmental initiatives across the portfolio to enhance performance.
• Align operational practices with defined sustainability goals and targets.

Reporting

• Compile monthly engineering reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Track key KPIs, including uptime, incidents and energy consumption
• Prepare concise engineering presentations for leadership review
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance records
• Consolidate and manage utility bills and energy consumption data
• Develop trend analyses and dashboards to support decision-making
• Monitor performance and outcomes of energy-saving initiatives

Communication

• Coordinate and schedule site reviews, vendor meetings and internal audits
• Oversee maintenance and compliance tracking across all sites.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• Track compliance deadlines, including audits and inspections, to ensure full adherence
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with local regulations and SOPs.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

• Ensure operations are fully compliant with statutory requirements & company policies.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards, consistently applying them without compromise.
• Conduct regular audits, proactively manage risks and ensure timely resolution of issues with clear and accurate documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Promote new technologies and sustainable solutions in full compliance with codes.
• Lead service improvement initiatives to enhance operational standards and efficiency.
• Foster innovation while ensuring all changes adhere to AMD standards and best practices.
