Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to developing innovative technical engineering solutions. Your typical day will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with various engineering specializations to address complex challenges. You will engage with team members to foster a productive environment, guiding them in achieving business objectives while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Deploy, configure/Install, and maintain the on-premise 3DEXPERIENCE platform across DEV, TEST, QA, STAGING, and PROD environments.
2. Manage platform components including Tomcat/TomEE, Apache/Reverse Proxy, ElasticSearch, Index servers, and database integrations.
3. Perform system upgrades, patches, environment refreshes, and configuration migrations.
4. Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure system availability and stability.
5. Support deployment activities and coordinate with development teams for configuration and customization movement.
6. Administer user roles, access, and license allocations aligned with organizational SOPs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
1. Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE On-Premise installation, configuration, and administration.
2. Strong understanding of middleware and infrastructure components:
--Tomcat/TomEE, Apache/Reverse Proxy, ElasticSearch, File Stores, Indexing, SQL/Oracle Databases & windows/Linux operating systems.
3. Experience with environment migrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting logs and performance issues.
4. Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for deployment support.
5. Experience managing on-prem servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and networking.
6. Experience in installation & configuration of DS Migration tools like EDAT, Transition Factory Tools, XPDM, IMPALA.
7. Experience working with cross-functional teams—developers, architects, DBAs, network/security teams.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve platform issues.
9. Good communication skills and ability to maintain clear documentation for configurations, changes, and procedures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5. 3–7 years of experience supporting or administering 3DEXPERIENCE PLM in an on-premises environment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 year full time education is required.
