ID:\n\nJR93919 Engineering Technician - GEL\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nGEL Technician \u2013 T2\n\nAs a GEL Technician, you responsibilities encompass supporting lab activities in terms of equipment maintenance, calibration, spares management, procurement of parts, inventory logistic management, housekeeping, minor project undertaking, audits and continual improvements.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\n\n * Experience in tools which are getting used in semiconductor labs like Temperature chamber, Hast chamber, Soak chamber, Tester, Reflow oven, Temp cycle, THB, bend tester, CSAM, Shock tester, X-section, FTIR, SEM, 2D/3D X-ray, FIB etc.. \n * Operate and maintain analytical equipment in Reliability.\n * Oversee daily maintenance and operation of Reliability lab equipment and consumables.\n * Responsible for daily tracking and updating for lab operation progress for further review.\n * Participate in quality, productivity and cost improvement projects in Reliability lab.\n * Able to work as a team with fellow members in a safe, cohesive and collaborative way.\n * Always think, converse and behave in a positive manner with a growth mindset.\n * Able to readily share knowledge, willing to co-work and behave professionally even under stress.\n * Be resourceful and able to look for solution with minimum supervision.\n * Able to hold his own, carry out due diligence before making decision. Call out issue for attention if required.\n * Knowledge about ESD and Clean room \n\n\n\nRequirement:\n\n * 4-5 year experience with Diploma in Electronics \u0026 Communication, Electrical, computer science, mechatronics engineering field.\n * Candidate with experience supporting Lab, reliability \u0026 failure analysis activities is highly encouraged to apply.\n * Basic knowledge to calibration \u0026 preventive maintenances \u0026 calibration.\n * Basic knowledge about ISO/IEC std 17025 for mechanical, Electrical, Thermal etc.. parameters.\n * Work time flexibility in shift \u0026 minimum travel of 0 to 30%\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nEngineering Technician 2\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
