This role plays a vital part in shaping students’ academic foundation and lifelong learning skills, aligning with the board’s educational standards and pedagogical goals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and curriculum -aligned English lessons for students in grades 6th to 9th.
Develop and implement lesson plans that support diverse learning needs and promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and reporting.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development and academic planning sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English for grades 6th to 9th.
Strong command of the English language and proficiency in curriculum delivery.
Proven ability to engage students and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Familiarity with board -specific syllabi and assessment standards.
