Role Summary

A reputed CBSE / ICSE School at Arsikere, Hassan,
Karnataka is looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher.

Freshers with excellent command of the English language and
strong communication skills are welcome to apply. The candidate should be
capable of developing students' reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and
comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach
  English language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum.
  
• Develop
  students' grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.
  
• Prepare
  lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
  
• Conduct
  classroom activities to encourage active learning and communication.
  
• Evaluate
  student performance and provide necessary academic support.
  
• Maintain
  classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
  
• Participate
  in school events, meetings, and academic activities.
  
• Maintain
  proper academic records and student progress reports.
  

Qualification & Requirements

• Graduate
  / Postgraduate in English or a relevant discipline.
  
• B.Ed.
  is mandatory.
  
• Freshers
  with excellent English communication skills may apply.
  
• Strong
  spoken and written English skills are essential.
  
• Good
  classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000 per month.
  
• Shared
  accommodation will be provided.
  

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidates will be required to agree to the
following employment conditions:

1. Sign
   a 2-year employment bond.
   
2. Submit
   original qualification certificates with the school.
   
3. A
   refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's salary will
   be retained, with 25% of the monthly salary deducted for four months.
   The security deposit will be refundable as per the agreed terms and
   conditions.
