| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Assign accurate E/M (Evaluation & Management) CPT codes based on provider documentation 2. Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance 3. Apply ICD -10 -CM, CPT, and E/M coding guidelines appropriately 4. Maintain high accuracy and productivity benchmarks 5. Identify documentation deficiencies and communicate with internal teams 6. Stay updated with current E/M coding guidelines and CMS updates 7. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and organizational compliance policies |
