Enquiry Generator
Overview
The Enquiry Generator will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business
opportunities through field activities, market visits, customer interactions, and networking
initiatives. The role involves collecting information on prospective projects, maintaining a healthy
lead pipeline, and coordinating with the sales team to support business development activities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, target -oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills
to build relationships with potential customers.
Candidates with experience in field sales support, lead generation, business development, or
customer -facing roles will be preferred. Prior exposure to the Elevator and Escalator industry will
be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
â Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and upcoming residential, commercial, and
industrial projects.
â Generate quality enquiries and business leads for the sales team through direct interactions,
networking, and market intelligence.
â Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and other
stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
â Collect and document accurate customer information and project details for further sales
follow -up.
â Coordinate with Sales Officers to ensure timely conversion of enquiries into business
opportunities.
â Maintain a database of generated leads, customer interactions, and follow -up activities.
â Perform regular market surveys to identify competitor activities and emerging business
opportunities.
â Assist in organizing promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives when required.
â Achieve monthly enquiry generation targets as defined by management.
â Provide timely reports on field activities, lead status, and market feedback.
â Ensure professional representation of the organization during customer interactions.
â Support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives through effective lead
generation efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications
â 10th Pass / 12th Pass from a recognized board.
â Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or customer service will be considered an added
advantage.
Experience
â 1 to 2 years of experience in field activities, lead generation, field sales support, or business
development roles.
â Experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
â Candidates with strong local market knowledge and networking abilities will have an
advantage.

Languages
â English and Kannada.
Vehicle Requirement
â Mandatory Two -Wheeler with a valid Driving License.
â Willingness to travel for field activities and customer visits.
Benefits
Compensation
â In -hand Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
â Final compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, and interview
performance.

â Employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month will be covered under Employee State Insurance
(ESI) benefits.
â Employees earning above ₹21,000 per month will be eligible for Mediclaim coverage.

Work Schedule
â 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday).
â Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
