Proven clinical and surgical experience in ENT procedures.
Strong diagnostic and decision -making skills.
Excellent hand -eye coordination, surgical precision, and attention to detail.
Effective communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to stay updated with advancements in ENT techniques and technologies.
