ENT Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, voice box (larynx), and other structures of the head and neck.
  

• Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, sinus surgeries, tympanoplasties, and more complex head and neck surgeries.
  

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and use diagnostic tools (endoscopes, audiometry, imaging) to evaluate patient conditions.
  

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, both surgical and medical.
  

• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and other specialists when multidisciplinary care is required.
  

• Provide postoperative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications.
  

• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and recovery plans.
  

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.
  

• Participate in emergency ENT care, trauma management, and on -call duties as required.
  

Qualifications:

• MBBS with MS/MD in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) from a recognized institution.
  

• Valid medical license and ENT surgical certification from the relevant medical council.
  

• Proven clinical and surgical experience in ENT procedures.
  

• Strong diagnostic and decision -making skills.
  

• Excellent hand -eye coordination, surgical precision, and attention to detail.
  

• Effective communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Willingness to stay updated with advancements in ENT techniques and technologies.
