Job Description - Enterprise Account Executive

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.


Since public launch, Emergent has reached $100M ARR in 8 months. 6M+ users across 190+ countries have built 6.5M+ applications on Emergent. We've raised $100M+, backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.


We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.


We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.


The Role: We're looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands complex sales cycles, and can translate emerging technology into real business outcomes.


What You'll Do:



  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure across enterprise accounts

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within target accounts

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, product leaders, and operations heads

  • Understand customer workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities, and map them to Emergent's capabilities

  • Drive consultative conversations focused on outcomes, not just product features

  • Run tailored demos, use-case discussions, and solution walkthroughs aligned to client needs

  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, product teams, and leadership to drive deal progression and closures

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic account planning

  • Own deal strategy, negotiation, and closure with a focus on high-quality revenue


What We're Looking For:



  • 3 to 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments

  • Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate and close new business

  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Ability to sell into product, engineering, operations, or business teams

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology

  • High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in ambiguity

  • Prior exposure to AI, automation, or developer tools is a plus
